Berry refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Berry in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What berry costs in Belgrade
The honest read on berry: 16 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.96 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested berry in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where berry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.96 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.96 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
