Blackcurrant pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Blackcurrant in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for blackcurrant
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run blackcurrant the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant pen device really costs in Belgrade
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for blackcurrant in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.41 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.41 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
