Blackcurrant RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Blackcurrant in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Blackcurrant RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A blackcurrant RDA from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at blackcurrant in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested blackcurrant in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.71 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Is blackcurrant legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.71 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
