Candy in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.99 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: candy in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pen device really costs in Belgrade
A candy pen device from the compared options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.99 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
