Candy pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A candy pen device from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Candy in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: candy in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pen device really costs in Belgrade
Candy in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.24 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.24 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.24 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
