Candy RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
We run candy the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
We run candy the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy RDA really costs in Belgrade
Candy in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for candy in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD43 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.5 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.5 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
