Candy RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.12 per 10 ml.
The short version: candy in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy RDA really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD67 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.12 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.12 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
