Candy RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the candy habit
Candy in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy RDA really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.39 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Candy | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.39 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does candy in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
