Candy RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for candy
If you are looking at candy in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run candy the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy RDA really costs in Belgrade
Candy in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
