Caramel in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
The honest read on caramel: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same 100 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.31 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.31 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
