Caramel cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
