Caramel e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Caramel e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on caramel: 18 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same e-liquid bundle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Caramel | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 18 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD47 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.77 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
