Caramel mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A caramel mesh tank from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
