Caramel pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Caramel in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.94 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.94 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a pod kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
