Caramel pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
Caramel in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Caramel in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.99 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
