Caramel prefilled pod Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a prefilled pod for caramel
A caramel prefilled pod from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.92 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel prefilled pod really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on caramel: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.92 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.92 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
