Caramel RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
