Caramel refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.42 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.42 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
