Caramel starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.2 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.2 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
