Caramel sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Caramel sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in Belgrade reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.6 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.6 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
