Caramel vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.8 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.8 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
