Caramel zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Caramel in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
A caramel zero-nicotine bottle from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.21 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
