Caramel zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Caramel in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
A caramel zero-nicotine bottle from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.78 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.78 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
