If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.77 per 10 ml.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.77 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
How long does citrus in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
