Citrus 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for citrus
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.61 per 10 ml.
The honest read on citrus: 17 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for citrus in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
