What a citrus pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run citrus the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.98 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Is citrus legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.98 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
