Citrus pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.97 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Belgrade
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
