Citrus in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.68 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.68 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
