Citrus pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
A citrus pod kit from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.82 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.82 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.82 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.82 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
