Citrus RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What citrus costs in Belgrade
The honest read on citrus: 23 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Belgrade
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.58 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
