Citrus refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What citrus costs in Belgrade
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
