Citrus starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run citrus the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is citrus legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.42 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
