Coconut cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.48 per 10 ml.
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Coconut in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coconut in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.48 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coconut in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.48 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.48 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
