Coconut cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coconut habit
We run coconut the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at coconut in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Coconut in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coconut in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.95 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How long does coconut in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
