Coconut pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for coconut
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: coconut in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut pen device really costs in Belgrade
Coconut in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested coconut in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD59 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.47 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.47 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.47 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does coconut in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
