Coconut RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for coconut
If you are looking at coconut in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut RDA really costs in Belgrade
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
How we tested coconut in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coconut bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.69 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
