Coconut starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Coconut starter kit here
If you are looking at coconut in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Coconut in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested coconut in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coconut tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.87 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is coconut legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does coconut in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
