Coffee cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coffee habit
A coffee cartomizer from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Coffee in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coffee in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on coffee: 22 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.33 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.33 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does coffee in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
