Home / Coffee cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist

How we tested Coffee cartomizer here

Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.56 per 10 ml.

There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a coffee cartomizer really costs in Belgrade

How we tested coffee in a cartomizer

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.

• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Belgrade.
• Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.

Where coffee goes wrong

• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
• Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.

The rules that apply here

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
