Coil life, liquid cost and the coffee habit
We run coffee the same way in Belgrade: same squonk mod, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on coffee: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

How we tested coffee in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does coffee in a squonk mod last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
Is coffee legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
