Coffee vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Coffee is allowed to say
The honest read on coffee: 17 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.16 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee vape pen really costs in Belgrade
A coffee vape pen from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
