Cream box mod Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Cream in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cream in Belgrade reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream box mod really costs in Belgrade
Cream in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.93 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD31 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.93 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.93 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
