Cream cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in Belgrade
A cream cartomizer from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.94 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
