Cream pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in Belgrade
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A cream pen device from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Belgrade
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.89 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
