Cream squonk mod Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same squonk mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream squonk mod really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested cream in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a squonk mod last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.46 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
