Dessert cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Dessert cartomizer here
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Dessert cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
A dessert cartomizer from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
