Dessert cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with dessert in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Dessert in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Dessert in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.34 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
