Dessert cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Dessert cartomizer here
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.09 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Dessert in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.09 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
