Dessert RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What dessert costs in Belgrade
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at dessert in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert RDA really costs in Belgrade
Dessert RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.56 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does dessert in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
