Dessert refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.85 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Dessert refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
